Your film crew, organised by department and day
Coordinating a production crew means knowing who is involved, in which department and on which days. Abby brings assignments and project information together so production, coordination and administration share the same references while retaining each person's context.

A crew list that follows the production
Organise professionals by department and role, with explicit participation dates. Review assignments for each phase and view the crew list within the project. A person's record brings their information together without creating a separate reference for every task.
Abby is intended for film, series, documentary and commercial production companies, including service teams in the Canary Islands and Spain. Production managers can review the project as a whole while coordinators prepare the details of the crew and their dates.
- People organised by department and role.
- Assignments with project days and phases.
- A viewable and exportable crew list with visibility controls.
A portal for each person's project information
Crew members have a Spanish or English portal to view information published for them. Production can distribute versioned documents and call sheets, as well as publish the travel and accommodation details relevant to the intended recipients.
Permissions based on company, role and project separate responsibilities. Managing a crew list does not mean sharing personnel files with every department: document and financial access depends on each account's permissions.
From crew dates to preparation for external advisers
Connect assignments with project documentation and terms. Save what was agreed with each person in their assignment and ask them only for their details and documents. Administration can prepare information for external employment advisers and check its status without treating pending work as a completed filing.
Abby also lets you record working hours, expenses and declared overtime through their review processes. These support production and accounting work; they do not automatically become calculated payroll, a payment or a Social Security filing.
Frequently asked questions
Can I assign crew members by day and department?
Yes. Abby organises each project's crew by department, role and participation dates. The crew list lets you review its composition and prepare an export using the relevant visibility controls.
Does the crew need access to all company information?
No. Accounts have access according to company, role and project. The portal shows each person the documents and information published for them, without providing general access to the production company's administration.
Does Abby calculate payroll or file employment registrations?
Abby prepares information and documentation for external employment advisers. It does not automatically calculate payroll or file with Spain's Sistema RED. Preparation, manual submission to advisers and confirmation of a filing remain separate steps.

Your access request
Joining the list does not create an account or purchase a plan. David Bienes stores your email, request date and consent to manage your notification of access to Abby.
After completing your request, you will see a withdrawal code: keep it to remove your email from the list. If you lose it, write to info@abbyproduction.com. Changes you make in the demo are not stored in the list.
